Our agency opened in 2008 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive and positive environment. Ive been in the insurance industry for over 27 years and bring a deep understanding of the business along with a strong commitment to helping both our customers and team members succeed. Im a graduate of National University in San Diego and a proud mother of three accomplished children, as well as a grandmother with another grandchild on the way. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, spending time with family, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our pet-friendly office. We stay very active in the community through charity work and involvement in local programs, including supporting youth baseball and other community initiatives. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erica Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
