Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive membership sales.
- Manage inventory and ensure the studio is well-stocked with merchandise.
- Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture that aligns with YogaSix values.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance metrics.
- Passion for yoga and a deep understanding of the YogaSix brand.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate studio events and promotions.
