Business Development Representative – Fintech Sales Champion Wanted!

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals via cold calls, emails, and outreach strategies.

  • Use analytics and provided leads to generate and set appointments for senior Account Executives.

  • Promote Payco’s industry-leading payment solutions , including credit card processing, POS systems, and IT integrations.

  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to drive long-term value .

  • Collaborate with a sales-driven team that values growth, performance, and fun .

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or telemarketing experience (B2B or inside sales preferred).

  • A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to hit and exceed targets.

  • High energy, “no excuses” mentality , and coach-ability.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to make a great impression.

  • Ability to focus, follow up, and stay persistent through rejection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using VOIP systems and automated dialers.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings between clients and sales staff.

  • Create and send email campaigns and cold outreach content.

  • Track and manage all interactions in our CRM system.

  • Present company offerings to potential clients in a clear, compelling way.

  • Write proposals and assist in customizing presentations to close deals.

  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Desire to grow into leadership or advanced sales roles.
