About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to take the lead in driving user and revenue growth across the customer journey—from onboarding to long-term retention. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping strategies that enhance product adoption, unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and improve customer retention.

Your mission? To create seamless, engaging user experiences that turn new customers into loyal advocates while maximizing the value they receive. You'll design and optimize onboarding flows, drive feature adoption, and implement growth initiatives that keep customers engaged over time.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with teams across marketing, customer success, data, and engineering. You'll also help shape a growth-focused culture within the product team, mentoring other product managers and leading key initiatives.

Location: This role is primarily based in Santa Monica, CA, with part-time in-office requirements.

What You'll Do

Develop and Execute a Growth Strategy

Define and drive a product growth strategy focused on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and adoption.
Own and manage the growth product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and Prioritize Opportunities

Use data analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth across the user journey (awareness, activation, engagement, retention).
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.

Experimentation & Optimization

Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and feature adoption.
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance product performance and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects that drive user adoption and revenue expansion.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Monitor key product performance metrics and use insights to drive strategy.
Build dashboards and implement tracking systems for growth metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC, activation rates, conversion funnels).

What You'll Bring

Experience & Expertise

7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
3+ years specializing in growth product management.
Proven success in driving growth metrics (acquisition, retention, expansion, churn reduction).

Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset

Strong background in data analytics and experimentation.
Proficiency in SQL and tools like Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.

Strategic & Execution-Oriented

Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.

Collaboration & Leadership

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience mentoring product managers and fostering a growth-focused culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

United States: $155,200 - $194,000 USD
Canada: $131,200 - $164,000 CAD
