ob Title: Experienced Pet Sitter – Special Needs French Bulldogs

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Pet Sitter with a specialization in caring for French Bulldogs with special medical and behavioral needs . This role requires a hands-on professional who understands the unique health challenges of the breed and can provide attentive, detail-oriented care in a safe and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with brachycephalic breeds, administering medications, and managing complex care routines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about animal care who takes pride in delivering exceptional, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for French Bulldogs with special needs, including feeding, exercise, and companionship
• Administer medications (oral, topical, and injectable if required) in accordance with care plans
• Monitor and manage breed-specific health concerns (e.g., breathing issues, allergies, mobility limitations)
• Maintain strict adherence to feeding schedules, dietary restrictions, and hydration needs
• Observe and report any behavioral or health changes promptly
• Assist with mobility support and comfort for dogs with physical limitations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stress-free environment
• Coordinate with pet owners and veterinarians as needed
• Provide regular updates, photos, and communication to owners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional pet sitting, veterinary, or animal care experience
• Demonstrated experience caring for French Bulldogs , especially those with special needs
• Knowledge of brachycephalic breed health risks and emergency response protocols
• Experience administering medications and following detailed care instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured routines
• Calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to handle emergency situations with sound judgment
• Excellent communication and reliability

Preferred Experience

• Background as a veterinary technician or assistant
• Experience with post-surgical care or chronic conditions
• Familiarity with oxygen therapy, skin care regimens, or allergy management
• Pet CPR and First Aid certification
• Must be able to pass an extensive background
