Kitchen Manager
Le Coupé Fried Chicken | Los Angeles We are looking for a true working Kitchen Manager — not a clipboard manager, not an office sitter. This role is for someone who lives on the line, leads by example, and keeps the kitchen tight, fast, clean, and dialed in at all times. This is a hands-on leadership position in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. You should be the hardest-working person in the room, able to jump on any station, fix any problem, and hold the team to high standards. What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience running a scratch kitchen (not fast food, not heat-and-serve)
• Strong line skills and ability to work all stations
• Natural leader who earns respect by working, not barking
• Extremely organized, clean, and detail-driven
• Holds the line on food quality, speed, prep, and cleanliness
• Can train, motivate, and discipline when needed
• Calm under pressure in a high-volume, fast-casual environment
• Pride in building and maintaining a strong kitchen culture Responsibilities:
• Lead daily service on the line
• Ensure prep, pars, and execution are always on point
• Enforce cleanliness, food safety, and organization
• Maintain consistency of recipes and plating
• Support hiring, training, and performance of BOH staff
• Be the standard everyone else rises to What we offer:
