General Manager
We're looking for a hospitality-driven Manager to lead daily operations at (un)subtle, a design-forward multi-kitchen dining house in West Hollywood.
Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations and guest experience
- Hire, train, and develop the service team
- Manage coordination across 10 kitchen partners + bar
- Oversee pickup and third-party delivery operations
- Maintain exceptional hospitality and operational standards
- Solve problems in real time and continuously improve systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality, service, and operational excellence
- Familiarity with the principles of Unreasonable Hospitality is a plus
