We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead inspection activities and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, delivery, and compliance. This role oversees QC Inspectors in both General Shop and Continuous departments, driving process efficiency, team accountability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor QC Inspectors, ensuring professional development and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee inspection activities in both General Shop and Continuous departments.
Drive process efficiency and team accountability.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality products.
