Job Title: Payroll Processor (Contract – 2 to 6 Month Projects)
Location: Fully Remote
We are seeking experienced Payroll Processors for multiple fully remote , 2–6 month project-based engagements. These roles are ideal for payroll professionals who can quickly step in to support ongoing payroll operations, system transitions, or interim coverage needs.
Key Responsibilities
Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and timely
Review and validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Support payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements
Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to internal controls
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
Qualifications
3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience
ADP Vantage experience strongly preferred; open to ERP-savvy professionals who can quickly learn new systems
Multi-state payroll experience preferred
Strong understanding of payroll tax fundamentals
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
