  • Lead the identification and development of new event concepts based on Field Marketing and regional insights.

Support pilot initiatives from initial concept through validation, including planning, budgeting, and measuring success.

Contribute to the overall sports events innovation pipeline by identifying trends, gaps, and new opportunities.

Ensure new concepts align with Red Bull’s long-term strategy and can be scaled or integrated into the national portfolio.

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Sports Events Toolkit designed for Field Marketing.

Ensure smaller “fire” events are clearly structured, easy to execute, and aligned with national quality standards and premium brand guidelines.

Continuously enhance toolkit assets in both quantity and quality to enable scalable use across regions.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the toolkits remain relevant, effective, and adaptable to changing market needs.

  • Lead the development of training programs and educational frameworks for Sports Event Managers and relevant Field Marketing teams.

Create and standardize key documentation, including event briefs, operational guidelines, and reporting structures.

Support the Senior Director of Sports Events in strengthening regional capabilities by developing frameworks, tools, and training programs that improve planning, execution, and strategic decision-making across all Sports Events and Field Marketing teams.

Establish and maintain best practices and standardized processes to enhance executional quality across all initiatives.

Promote cross-regional knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Support the management and development of key strategic third-party partnerships (e.g., HYROX, resort partners, global event series).
