FSSI East is currently looking for a  Fulfillment Operations Support  to join our team in  Santa Ana, CA . This position is responsible for performing tasks and operational functions in the fulfillment, Warehouse and Production departments. This role is to meet quantity requirements along with quality standards set forth in the department.

Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the stock handling and storage of products and shipping materials.
• Prepare and process daily fulfillment packages for domestic and global shipping through FedEx, IMEX, and USPS.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Follow all process and procedure guidelines.
• Understand and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned; dependent on the changing needs of the organization.
• May perform general warehouse functions as needed.
• Transfer sealed envelopes from insert machine to mail trays.
• Ensure all envelopes are stamped and sealed.
• Place filled mail trays onto pallets.
• Sort at more than one machine at a time.
• Assist machine operators with preparation work prior to start of each job.
• Assist machine operators with the clearing of stock and materials at the end of each job.
• Flexibility in work schedule, frequently 10 or more hours per day, is required on a recurring basis.
• Assist the department with additional work, as needed and/or requested.
• Driving company vehicles (Vans) for the purpose of pick-ups and deliveries to designated locations. (Class C Only)

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Class C Driver License Required.
• Up to 6 months of related production-operations experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Hiring Range: $19 - $20 per hour
