People Finance Manager

Apple's Finance team is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the People team (Human Resources + Recruiting). A successful candidate will run the end-to-end forecast and corporate reporting process, support People team business partners by providing reporting on relevant KPIs and ad-hoc analyses for special projects, as well as financial close and performance updates to both Finance and People team leadership. This role will manage 2 financial analysts and report to the G&A Finance Director. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications

• Experience with corporate end-to-end financial processes, including monthly forecasting, quarter close, financial analyses, and financial reporting of KPIs and financial results to Finance and People team business partners
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to all levels within the organization
• Experience with enterprise software systems and databases (e.g., SAP, Adaptive Insights, Workday, Tableau)
• Excellent management skills focused on effectively communicating and helping to develop team members; previous experience managing a team
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience in Tableau for reporting visuals and efficiency
• Build effective business partnerships, communicate cross-functionally, and be an excellent team player
• Ability to identify, develop, and execute enhancements to processes, with an eye towards efficiency and scale
• Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
Be a self-starter and prioritize to meet tight deadlines

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,400 and $264,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
