We are seeking to hire a Research Scientist in Foster City, CA.

💼 Role: Research Scientist
Pay Scale: $66, 776 – $83, 477 (Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
· Conduct CRISPR nuclease screening and NGS library preparation.
· Lead TLA and long-read sequencing using PacBio and/or Oxford Nanopore
technologies.
· Support process improvements for efficient and high-quality cell line
generation.
· Engage in hands-on laboratory operations, including molecular biology and
bioreactor work.
· Contribute to technical reports, regulatory filings, and cross-functional team
meetings.
What We're Looking For:
· B.S/M.S. and ?10 years, Ph.D. and 0-2 years of experience in a relevant scientific
discipline (biology, bioengineering, chemical engineering, biochemical engineering).
· Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills and
aptitude for creative problem solving.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Experience in statistics and data analysis (e.g. JMP, Spotfire).
· Experience designing, constructing, and evaluating vectors to express
recombinant proteins of various formats.
