Telecom Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating product information to customers, team members, and senior management.
• Identify and cultivate sales prospects through direct customer engagement, with an emphasis on upselling products when appropriate.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with both new and existing customer accounts.
• Create tailored strategic sales plans to drive product expansion and bolster customer retention.
• Actively participate in sales training sessions with fellow Telecom Sales Associates and senior management to deepen industry expertise.

Telecom Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with or experience in Wireless Telecommunications is advantageous.
• A rapid learner with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
