Your New Role

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues and offer honest, effective solutions

• Perform top-tier repairs, replacements, and installs with craftsmanship and pride

• Communicate directly with customers, provide multiple repair options, and close sales without high-pressure tactics

• Operate independently while staying connected with dispatch and the office team

• Maintain your truck like a mobile showroom; clean, stocked, and ready

• Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures on every job

• Based in Woodland, CA, serving the surrounding 20-mile area

• Minimum 1-2 years of residential service plumbing experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

• Proven success in in-home sales and customer education

• Clean valid driver’s license

• Willingness to work 40-60+ hours/week, including some weekends or emergency shifts

• Physically capable of all plumbing duties: lifting, bending, crawling, digging, attic/crawlspace work

• No current physical limitations or injuries
