What You’ll Do: -Take ownership of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and cycle counts -Process orders and coordinate shipping logistics -Perform light assembly of products -Create and manage sales orders; confirm deliveries with customers -Work cross-functionally to keep operations smooth and efficient -Learn and master QuickBooks Enterprise (prior experience a plus!) We’re Looking For: -A go-getter with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude -Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) -A great communicator who can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting -Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. -QuickBooks experience?
