What You’ll Do:

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
3. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
4. Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
5. Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents
6. Uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional long-term and short-term care

What We’re Looking For:

1. Active LPN license in [State] (required)
