Job Details
Recommend improved materials to customers, demonstrating how changes can reduce costs and enhance performance.
Engage with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and goals. Provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and clearly communicate the value proposition.
Independently plan and manage territory coverage to ensure effective development and meet or exceed objectives.
Serve as the voice of the customer by working closely with engineering teams to incorporate feedback, prioritize features, and help shape the product roadmap.
Collaborate with internal technical staff and R&D to develop tailored solutions for each customer.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
6+ years of experience supporting Tier 1 customers in a technical support or field applications role.
Local to the Bay Area (ideally) - and be able to work out of the HQ office
Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or deep understanding of advanced material solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
