Schedule:

• On-site, 5-6 days every week
• 8 hour shift, 40-48 hours every week
• Available Shifts - Swing and Grave
• Weekends

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Dispatcher

We hire dispatchers with excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service. We are seeking individuals who can not only work as part of a team but also have exceptional individual work ethic .

Day to Day Duties:

As a Dispatcher, this job requires answering and responding to 100+ calls daily and tracking data such as:

Clock-in/Clock-out TimesEnsuring All Shifts That Need Coverage Are FilledIncident ReportingMulti-Level CommunicationsReport-Writing and Documenting. Responding to emails from the client and operations Communicating with all branch management

Further duties include CCTV monitoring as well as maintaining a comprehensive understanding of unique job sites, those nuances, and special requirements.

AGS dispatchers will be considered qualified if they have multitasking abilities, great communication skills, data entry abilities , and more. If you consider yourself to be friendly and detail oriented American Guard Services will be a great fit for you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A DISPATCHER

• Answer incoming calls and operating a computer dispatch system.
• Responding to emails from the client and or operations regarding all matters
• Track security officers' clock-in and clock-out times and update information on management software
• Ensure all shifts that need coverage are filled
• Resolve issues that arise during the shift
• Incident reporting
• A security dispatcher should be able to explain any nuances or special requirements related to each job site and shift so the assigned guard can fulfill its patrols and or duties appropriately.
• Visually monitoring a CCTV system
• Report and summarize a passdown at the end of every shift

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years as a dispatcher, security or any other service related industry required
• Multitasking abilities
• Must be a great problem solver and quick-thinking
• Team-player
• Great communication & customer service skills
• Data Entry & experience using Excel/Google Sheets
• Documentation
• Must be capable of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18+ and older
