Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview: We are looking for an organized and reliable
Routing Coordinator to support our shipping and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing delivery appointments, and ensuring efficient communication with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate pickup appointments for freight forwarders
• Communicate with internal teams using Microsoft Teams chat
• Handle email correspondence regarding routing and delivery updates
• Maintain basic Excel spreadsheets to track shipments and schedules
• Answer occasional phone calls to assist with routing or delivery questions
• Monitor shipment timelines and adjust routing deadlines as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order readiness
• Report any delays, discrepancies, or concerns to management promptly

Qualifications:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email platforms
• Experience using Teams chat or similar communication tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous dispatcher, routing, or logistics support experience preferred
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
