Sales Ops/Logistics Coordinator
Location: Long Beach, CA (On-Site, Full-Time, Direct Hire) Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for logistics and operations? We're looking for a Sales Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Long Beach distribution center. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring seamless inbound and outbound shipments for our wholesale customers and e-commerce orders. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling shipments to major national retailers and be comfortable working with ERP and WMS systems. What You'll Do: Oversee and monitor inbound purchase orders, proactively addressing any integration issues.
Track customer portals to ensure compliance with performance metrics.
Manage inventory allocations and cancellations, optimizing fulfillment within the desired shipping window.
Process and enter purchase orders for wholesale customers and sample requests.
Work closely with the Accounting team to review chargebacks and provide supporting documentation for disputes.
Identify and resolve any issues delaying order fulfillment.
Route, release, and ship domestic and international B2B orders within specified timelines.
Process B2C order batches efficiently to support e-commerce fulfillment.
Audit daily reports to verify that all e-commerce orders are fulfilled on time.
Notify customers of out-of-stock items and provide estimated restock timelines.
Manage logistics and business inboxes, responding to carriers and customers as needed.
Collaborate with the planning team to monitor stock levels for high-priority customers. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales operations or logistics, preferably with exposure to large national retailers.
Technical Skills: Experience working with ERP and WMS systems, as well as FedEx/UPS shipping software.
Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all aspects of logistics coordination. Why Join Us?
