What You'll Do:

Be the First Impression: Greet prospects, clients, and referral sources with a warm and professional demeanor via phone and email.
Connect with A+ Clients: Talk to potential clients to identify those who are a great fit for our real estate legal expertise.
Qualify Leads: Screen out unqualified leads to optimize everyone's time and resources.
Manage Calendars: Schedule initial consultations and client appointments efficiently, ensuring calendars are up-to-date.
Follow Up: Maintain contact with potential clients before and after consultations.
Smooth Client Onboarding: Send engagement letters, process payments, and ensure new clients feel welcomed.
Maintain Client Relationships: Make regular contact with current and former clients to foster ongoing relationships.
Utilize CRM: Track potential clients through our Lawmatics CRM system and generate automated emails and event invitations.
What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: Required. Real estate or legal experience is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and proficient in common office applications (Word, Outlook, Google, etc.).
Excellent Communication: Strong phone skills, spelling, and grammar.
Attention to Detail: A desire for accuracy and efficiency.
Positive Attitude: Approach work and life with positivity and acceptance of diversity.
