This role specifically supports the FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform, an innovative streaming initiative within Tubi Media Group. The DTC platform delivers FOX’s premium content—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers through a modern subscription streaming service. Backed by deep media expertise and entrepreneurial energy, the DTC team is redefining the viewer experience at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the VP, Delivery at FOX Tech, you will play a critical leadership role in supporting the FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform—an innovative subscription streaming service within Tubi Media Group. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives that support our ambitious product roadmap, spanning large-scale platform evolutions to incremental feature enhancements.

You’ll lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely execution across the DTC portfolio. Your approach will balance strategic oversight with agile delivery practices, ensuring that we move with speed, precision, and a strong consumer-first mindset.

We are seeking a seasoned delivery leader who combines deep expertise in program and portfolio management with exceptional stakeholder alignment and a passion for transforming how audiences experience premium content. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of streaming at FOX.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery for the FOX DTC product and technology portfolio, ensuring visibility and confidence across near- and long-term initiatives.

• Drive predictable execution while balancing near-term delivery velocity with long-range strategic planning and forecasting.

• Partner closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to align on priorities, track capacity, and manage delivery expectations against roadmap goals.

• Facilitate cross-team coordination to enable rapid decision-making and remove delivery bottlenecks in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

• Actively support FOX DTC’s broader product and technology strategies by shaping delivery plans around ambitious, complex initiatives.

• Establish scalable, agile-friendly structures and governance that promote iterative development and fast feedback cycles without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Champion continuous improvement, analyzing delivery challenges and implementing long-term solutions with support from leadership and stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and address delivery inefficiencies in tooling, workflows, or team interactions; partner with architecture and engineering leadership to implement systemic improvements.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and grow a team of delivery experts who are focused on outcome-driven execution with minimal overhead.

• Implement frameworks for team empowerment while maintaining visibility into progress and escalating issues before they impact delivery timelines.

• Mentor and coach delivery talent across both direct and matrixed teams, ensuring strong performance, consistency, and cross-team collaboration.
  

Governance & Communication

• Define and operate senior-level governance forums to manage competing priorities and ensure stakeholder alignment at all stages of delivery.

• Maintain mechanisms for daily/tactical decision-making in addition to strategic planning—enabling fluid execution while keeping executive stakeholders informed.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery concerns; ensure delivery teams are clearly aligned to goals, roadmaps, and business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Extensive experience in program, delivery, or portfolio leadership roles, overseeing complex, multi-stream initiatives in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

• Deep expertise in agile delivery methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to adapt practices to suit varying project scopes, team structures, and business needs.

• Proven success delivering software at scale within the OTT, streaming, or broader digital media sector, ideally across both consumer product and platform engineering teams.

• Strong fluency in the full software delivery lifecycle—from idea to launch—and a demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans.

• Experience leading global or cross-functional delivery teams, including direct management and influence across non-reporting relationships.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, influence at the executive level, and align teams around shared goals.

• Familiarity with the unique challenges of launching subscription-based digital products, particularly in the areas of content delivery, personalization, performance, and reliability.

• Recognized thought leader in program delivery or agile transformation, with a track record of driving cultural and operational change at scale.

• Prior experience launching or scaling a direct-to-consumer streaming product—especially in a startup or high-growth environment within a larger media organization.
