Sales Account Manager
Salary & Benefits:
- $100k-$110k base salary plus commission - OTE $140k+, top performers earning $200k+

Job summary:
Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth across U.S. federal markets by developing and managing relationships with government-focused VARs, System Integrators, and Distributors. This individual will act as a strategic partner to the channel ecosystem, navigating complex federal procurement processes (GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3, etc.) to support bids, RFPs, and contract wins.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with federal channel partners
- Grow and forecast a federal sales pipeline
- Support partners with GSA, SEWP, CIO-SP3, and government contracts
- Enable partners through training and go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate internally with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Attend government trade shows and partner events
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of federal/public sector tech sales experience
- Strong knowledge of government procurement cycles
- Experience selling through VARs, SIs, or distributors
- Background in IT, AV, networking, or infrastructure solutions
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel 30–40%
