Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a dynamic school setting located in Hayward, CA. This contract position offers the opportunity to support student communication development within a structured and supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
- California Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP License) is required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
