Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
- Provide intraoperative patient care as part of the operating room services, which may include perfusion services, inpatient and/or outpatient services, and other operating room support functions; this does not include PACU, anesthesia functions, pre-op holding, or central sterile functions.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of California or eligibility to practice in California
- Operating Room nursing experience or exposure to OR settings preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment and to coordinate care with multiple disciplines
- Willingness to work a Days shift (8 hours) in a hospital operating room setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
