Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

A highly respected boutique litigation firm specializing in medical malpractice defense is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers significant hands-on experience and the opportunity to work closely with experienced trial attorneys on high-impact cases.

• CA BAR
• Support senior attorneys and partners on all aspects of litigation
• Participate in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and argue motions; manage written discovery and depositions
• Independently handle smaller matters while collaborating on complex cases
• Contribute to trial strategy and courtroom proceedings when cases go to trial

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 - $200,000 (DOE)

• Billable Requirement: ~150 hours/month (1800 annually)

• Bonuses:
