Operator
Manufacturing Operator
This role is part of a team-based manufacturing environment where operators collaborate and share responsibility for quality, safety, and on-time production. Candidates must have a completed operator apprenticeship or at least four (4) years of comparable hands-on trade experience.
The position requires the ability to independently set up CNC milling and turning centers, including mounting fixtures, setting tooling, and establishing offsets. Occasional basic CNC program edits may be required. Operators must be able to read ANSI Feature Frame blueprints, understand SPC methodologies, and use precision measuring tools to verify part conformity and document quality checks.
We're looking for someone with a curiosity-driven, continuous improvement mindset who contributes ideas to improve machining processes, quality, safety, and efficiency. This position begins with a 90-day introductory period and becomes a union role upon successful completion.
