IT Project Manager
Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects within scope, schedule, and budget. This role ensures that all project objectives are met by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and applying effective project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor IT infrastructure initiatives, including hardware upgrades, network enhancements, and system migrations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Track and report project progress, key milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project risks, issues, and change requests through a structured process.
- Conduct post-project sustaining and lessons learned to improve processes.
- Being willing to travel for business, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaboration with the team in a different time zone.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or related technical project roles.
- Experience managing software development, infrastructure, or system implementation projects.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in SAP, ERP, MES, or enterprise application projects.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud migration initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with global or regional teams
Pay Range: $100k - $140k per year
