About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / VP of Technology who is mission-aligned and passionate about transforming the venture creation process. You will lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions, integrating advanced technologies with human-centric design to accelerate venture success within the Share ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

• Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with Share Ventures’ mission and goals.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of core technology platforms.

Innovation:

• Oversee the integration of advanced technologies across various workstreams.
• Enhance collaboration between technology and human teams to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Team Building:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization.

Resource Optimization:

• Strategically allocate resources, balancing full-time staff, contractors, and technology tools.
• Optimize processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

• Implement robust analytics to track platform performance and user engagement.
• Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure all technology initiatives comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading the development of complex platforms involving advanced technologies.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong background in software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies.
