Global Marketing Management Specialist 4
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize user needs while representing the Voice of Customer on core teams.
- Support partner engagement activities to drive strategic growth.
- Assist in the creation and communication of product roadmaps.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution for key upcoming launches.
Experience Required
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field within the medical device sector.
- Sales or sales support experience will be considered.
- Upstream marketing experience preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions in ambiguous
Eligibilities & qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with connected, integrated clinical software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the medical device development process and phases.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Familiarity with the IV infusion pump market, business dynamics, and key stakeholders.
