Senior Search Recruiter For Mahler Private Staffing

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a strong understanding of luxury service standards, and a passion for matching exceptional talent with private families. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, discreet, and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate placement Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of private service roles (e.g., Estate Managers, Executive Assistants, Private Chefs, Housekeepers, Nannies) Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking Create and post compelling job advertisements on appropriate platforms Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide both parties through the hiring process Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Collaborate with the team on placement strategy and candidate experience Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications: 35 years of recruiting experience; experience in private service or luxury staffing strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously Tech-savvy and experienced with ATS and CRM systems Passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Bachelors degree preferred Legal work authorization and valid drivers license. Schedule:The schedule is Monday to Friday in office only.
