SALARY RANGE: $24.88- $37.64
POSITION SUMMARY :
This role provides essential customer service and administrative support across the organization by serving as a primary point of contact for inbound communications, coordinating scheduling, and supporting executive operations. The position focuses on delivering proactive, high ‑ quality customer service, managing customer records, resolving inquiries and complaints, organizing internal resources, and assisting with community outreach efforts. Strong communication, organization, and customer ‑ focused problem ‑ solving skills are essential for success in this role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
  1. Field inbound communications-answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to appropriate internal parties.
  2. Coordinate scheduling-set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Facilitate executive level operations- book travel send communications as needed.
  4. Organize internal resources- build out and maintain process to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  5. Sharing information about YTEL services, new products and offers.
  6. Offering proactive customer service support.
  7. Dealing with and addressing customer complaints.
  8. Manage customer records.
  9. Manage office correspondence: Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail on a weekly basis and coordinate outgoing mail as necessary.
  10. Support internal teams: Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to help ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
  11. Support community outreach: Assist with outreach activities, communications and coordination with community partners.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE :
  1. AA degree or 1 to 3 years customer service or administrative experience.
  2. Employee must be willing to acquire any special certifications or attend any training that is determined to be relevant or becomes required of the position in the future.
  3. Candidates with equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
