Plumbing Project Manager
Plumbing Project Manager position in San Francisco
This is a permanent position with salary and benefits. We are a large, growing Mechanical Contractor that specializes in Plumbing/HVAC Design-Build projects in the Bay Area.
We are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager. Here are the primary responsibilities of this position:
- Manage current and future Plumbing Projects
- Split time and responsibility between the office and field
- Manage schedule, project budget, change orders, RFI’s, and ensure projects come in on-time and under-budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Stable work-history
- Local in the Bay Area
