We are looking for a highly skilled **Senior Data Analyst** to play a key role in driving efficiency, optimizing business processes, and enabling strategic decision-making.As a **Senior Data Analyst** for Operations & Supply Chain, you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and business operations. Your insights will directly influence key decisions, drive cost savings, and improve operational performance. You will work cross-functionally with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to build scalable analytics solutions that optimize our supply chain and operational processes.# **Key Responsibilities*** **Develop Advanced Analytics Solutions**: Design and build dynamic, multi-layered reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and SQL to provide deep insights into operations, supply chain performance, and business KPIs.* **Strategic Data Analysis & Business Insights**: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes of operational challenges. Translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive business improvements and cost reductions.* **Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies**: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization frameworks. Implement automation and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.* **Data-Driven Decision Support**: Collaborate closely with stakeholders in inventory management, finance, and production planning to align analytical efforts with business objectives. Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and decision-makers.* **Automation & Scalability**: Develop and implement automated data pipelines and reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.* **Stakeholder Communication & Business Partnership**: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, effectively communicating complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
