Service Dispatcher
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join one of the most capable and technical teams in a growing industry. Serves customers by handling phone calls, processing paperwork, reviewing & enrolling customers in our service plan options, and assisting the customer service team.

- Prior Customer Service or Sales Experience.
- Cheerful and helpful personality.
- Level disposition.
- Accurate Database capture and entry capabilities.
- Accurate Document handling, logging, compiling, and maintaining customer's information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and independent problem solver.
- High-level multi-tasking capabilities.
- Proficient organizational skills.
- Computer Proficiency (including MS Office Apps).
- Knowledge of and ability to operate general computer equipment/devices.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team environment.
General Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and resolve or facilitate to others as needed. Assure customer confidence.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in database.
- Order processing on stair lift sales transactions.
- Processing stair Lift permit submittals and approvals.
- Handle requests for service plan information by efficiently and effectively explaining options.
- Follow up with customers coming off warranty and enroll (sell) them a service plan.
- Enter new service plans and assist customers with the sign-up process.
- Ongoing learning in safety awareness, code and regulatory knowledge as it helps equip in the selling stage.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Update database by verifying and entering data.
- Maintain and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- All others duties as assigned.
