We are defining the category of "agentic marketing" and we need a content creator and production leader who can help us tell that story in the most compelling, visual, and shareable way possible.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Senior Producer, Podcasts & Social to be the creative engine behind our brand; thinking strategically while also making things: writing scripts, directing shoots, editing timelines, and shipping content people want to watch and share.

You'll own founder-led video content, Podcasts, social media assets, product storytelling, event coverage, and category-defining thought leadership. This is a maker role with strategic responsibility. Some travel required.

What You Will Own

Video Production Management

• Own end-to-end video production workflow

• Oversee internal video editing team

• Build production workflows, asset libraries, and systems

• Scout locations, manage schedules, coordinate talent

• Manage production budgets and vendor relationships

Founder Content and Podcast Producer

• Script, shoot, and produce founder video and podcast content

• Develop recurring content formats across platforms

• Maintain editorial calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, TikTok, Meta

• Draft podcast series, LinkedIn posts, threads, and short-form copy

Brand Content Strategy & Creation

• Create short-form video, graphics, carousels, written posts

• Develop content for product launches and campaigns

• Produce educational tutorials, event recaps, how-to videos

• Collaborate with VP of Brand on category narrative content

Quality & Brand Consistency

• Maintain brand guidelines across all content

• Ensure cohesive visual language across platforms

• Direct freelancers and agencies creatively when needed

• Stay current on platform trends and best practices

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in content creation, video production, or brand marketing

• Demonstrated experience producing podcasts

• Demonstrated experience building founder led contend

• End-to-end video production: concept through publishing

• Experience managing multiple simultaneous video projects

• Strong portfolio: Podcast, social, founder, and product content

• Excellent writing: scripts, LinkedIn, and social captions

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent

• Experience creating executive or founder personal brand content

• Comfortable directing shoots and coaching non-performers on camera

Nice-to-Haves

• Background at a design-forward or developer-first company

• Experience building founder-led content programs

• Familiarity with AI tools for content workflows

• Motion graphics, animation, or photography skills

• Understanding of social analytics to inform strategy

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $155,000

• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible PTO, SF office access.

• Travel: Some domestic travel required for events, shoots, and on-location production.
