Concierge Regional Manager
Position Summary:
The Regional Manager will serve as a liaison for Morgan Stanley Financial Advisors (FA) focused on providing a white glove, dedicated point of contact for ETRADE (ET) clients coming through Field Management. The Regional Manager will also work directly with their regional leadership team to generate a strategy for generating self-directed referrals from advisors to acquire held away, self-directed assets. The Regional Manager will personally work with clients that are referred and ensure they receive a superior, high touch service experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be to build and develop relationships with Morgan Stanley FAs and their support teams and to generate referrals to ETRADE
- Act as a liaison across other departments such as MS at Work, Wealth Management Operations, Tax and Retirement etc. to make sure that client issues are resolved promptly
- Partner with regional FA leadership to help develop a strategy to acquire clients held away, self-directed brokerage assets to ETRADE
- Educate the Field Management, Advisors and clients on ETRADE’s digital product offering for self-directed traders. This will include group presentations in branch and via online platforms as well as 1:1 personalized demonstration
- Ensure a world class onboarding experience for clients, from account opening through funding and ongoing product education until the client is completely comfortable and confident on the ETRADE platform
- Create special offers to gain wallet share of clients held-away, self-directed brokerage assets
- Provide timely and relevant updates on the status of current referrals, pipeline forecasts and constructive feedback on areas of improvement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business Management / Administration / Business related discipline) preferred
- Registrations: SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Mass Registration, Trader Certification
- Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of financial service and 5 years of sales experience
- Ability to travel (up to 20% of time)

Preferred Skills:
- Thorough understanding of equity and option markets; futures experience a plus
- Experience with a Client Relationship Management software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Utilize independent decision-making skills to manage and resolve issues

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
