Ø 深入理解业务逻辑与痛点，独立发起并主导专项深度分析。 通过探索性数据分析，对短期异常进行精准归因，对长期趋势进行深度解读；敏锐洞察业务问题与增长机会，运用定性与定量分析方法，输出可落地的见解与建议。

Ø 整合市场调研、行业动态与内部数据，系统性定位业务核心痛点，并输出具有前瞻性的机会策略与解决方案。

Ø 搭建可支持业务的数据库，持续推动业务数字化进程，确保数据维度清洗准确、齐全、可供业务高效可用。

Ø 积极推动并主导跨部门深度协作，通过高效沟通与影响力，确保数据分析结论有效转化为业务行动，并推动策略的持续优化与闭环落地

• Provide in-depth business analysis support closely aligned with company strategic objectives, leveraging data insights to drive the achievement of key business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of business logic and pain points. Independently initiate and lead specialized in-depth analyses. Conduct exploratory data analysis to precisely attribute short-term anomalies and provide profound interpretation of long-term trends;
• Synthesize market research, industry trends, and internal data to systematically identify core business pain points, and produce forward-looking strategic opportunities and actionable solutions.
• Build business-supportive databases and continuously advance the business digitalization process, ensuring data dimensions are clean, accurate, comprehensive, and readily available for efficient business use.
• Proactively drive and lead deep cross-departmental collaboration. Utilize effective communication and influence to ensure analytical findings are translated into tangible business actions, and promote the continuous optimization and closed-loop implementation of strategies.

Ø 985/211院校本科及以上学历或知名互联网/科技企业背景，5年以上商业分析经验。

Ø 稳定性强，既往有多个成熟项目落地经验，有0-1项目推动经验加分。

Ø 精通SQL、Excel及主流BI工具；熟练掌握Python/R用于数据分析与建模；能独立完成高质量、具有说服力的商业分析报告/洞察PPT，并有效驱动业务决策。

Ø 具备优秀的商业思维、业务敏感度和好奇心，善于从全局和业务本质出发思考问题。

Ø 具备优秀的数据可视化、总结归纳及向上/跨部门汇报能力，能清晰阐述复杂分析逻辑与商业价值。

Ø 具备独立多渠道（内外部）获取、整合、验证数据的能力，不单纯依赖现有数据平台。

具备优秀的项目推动力、跨团队协作能力和影响力，能独立推动分析结论与策略在业务端有效落地执行。

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a 985/211 institution or equivalent professional background from a renowned internet/tech company, with 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong job stability with a proven track record of delivering multiple mature projects; experience in building projects from the ground up (0-1) is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and mainstream BI tools; proficient with Python/R for data analysis and modeling; capable of independently producing high-quality, persuasive business analysis reports/insight decks, and effectively driving business decisions.
• Excellent business acumen, business sensitivity, and curiosity, adept at thinking from a holistic perspective and the essence of the business.
• Outstanding capabilities in data visualization, summarization, and presentation to senior management/cross-functional teams, with the ability to clearly articulate complex analytical logic and business value.
• Ability to independently acquire, integrate, and validate data from multiple channels (internal and external), not solely reliant on existing data platforms.
• Strong project management skills, cross-team collaboration abilities, and influence, capable of independently driving the effective execution and implementation of analytical conclusions and strategies within the business.
