While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients’ problems, no matter where you are in the world.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Executive Director, Delivery aligned to one of the world’s most prominent and growing technology companies. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic vision with hands‑on, operational leadership, building a high‑performing global program capable of handling a diverse range of projects with a heavy focus on integrated creative and media projects.

You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery performance, ensuring excellence in execution, operational efficiency, and team health across multiple workstreams. This role is for someone who thrives on building systems, organizing complex projects, and leading a team to success while helping us stay ahead of the curve. This isn’t just a delivery role; it’s a chance to build a high‑performing global program for one of our top clients.

Role is based in San Francisco / Bay Area, requiring regular on‑site presence with the client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Bridge strategy and execution by elevating delivery excellence across business lines.
  • Define, manage, and execute a variety of client projects to maximize business objectives, manage expectations, and maintain profitability.
  • Manage complex project timelines, budgets, scope, and risks to ensure high‑quality delivery outcomes.
  • Directly manage program and project management team members, providing ongoing mentorship, career development, and performance guidance while fostering a culture of client and team excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and deliver weekly internal and client‑facing status updates for engagements, including executive‑level (C‑suite) communications.
  • Balance strategic and operational thinking with strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent project communication.
  • Make resourcing recommendations and monitor team bandwidth and effectiveness; assess program pacing and delivery health to ensure viability.
  • Join client and internal meetings to identify evolving needs and opportunities; act as a subject matter expert on delivery processes, capacity, and timelines.
  • Lead discussions with key stakeholders to communicate program progress, milestones, and overall delivery health.
  • Play a crucial role in shaping our business development efforts, alongside Client Partners, by helping define program scope, resource estimates, and refining processes as the client engagement scales.
  • Champion scalable tooling and workflow modernization, driving consistency in planning, scoping, resourcing, and performance tracking.
  • Travel is expected, up to 25%.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of project management, ideally in Paid Media, Creative, Advanced Analytics and SEO
  • 5+ years of program management experience
  • 7+ years experience managing, leading, and mentoring an internal team and creating a collaborative team environment
  • Strong cross‑functional and cross‑geographical leadership skills, with a track record of driving delivery excellence and managing global processes
  • Experience in management and merging project artifacts into a program scale set of artifacts used to orchestrate the larger set of initiatives and optimize delivery and minimize negative risk
  • Project and team financial management, including budget management, margin, demand forecasting, and resource planning in collaboration with resourcing and operations teams
  • A proven track record of managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously, including scheduling, planning, and delivery excellence
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will not be hesitant to have conversations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the project or program
  • Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills.
  • The ability to be self‑directed and work in a dynamic environment with resources of various skills and experience levels to ensure successful delivery
  • Competency with relevant project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and G‑Suite
  • Experience working in an agile framework and hybrid scrum‑fall environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of education relevant to the industry
