Office Assistant

Function: Support to our Management Team, working collaboratively to continue the development and oversight of our vision and values. Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, operating our system, and performing various clerical duties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Contribute to the efficiency of our team
- Report issues regarding staff
- Resolve questions with customers
- Respond and move to resolve all complaints in a timely manner
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Support administrative operations
- Assist clients with bookings and general inquiries
- Provide clear, friendly communication by phone and email
- Promote programs and help guide customers to the right offerings
- Keep the office clean, organized, and well-stocked
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent English reading comprehension and writing
- Clear speech.
- Adaptable and flexible — able to accommodate and adjust to changes in work responsibilities and priorities.
- Able to work independently on tasks and projects without supervision in an effective and efficient manne.
- Anticipates assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being asked.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, and emerging tools (e.g., AI platforms like ChatGPT).
