We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in California. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a home health setting.
Assignment Details:
- Specialty: Home Health RN
- Shift: 8 Hour Days
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: 06/02/2026
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Patient Population:
- Adult and Geriatric Patients
- Common Diagnoses Include:
- CHF
- COPD
- Wound Care/Wound Vac
- IV/PICC Line Care
- Patients are primarily recently discharged hospital patients at high risk for rehospitalization

- Active RN License
- BLS Certification Required
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Required
- HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) Experience Preferred
- Strong Assessment and Patient Education Skills
