Overview and Responsibilities
This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the EVP of Media for Paramount Pictures Theatrical and Home Entertainment. This role ensures the smooth functioning of the EVP’s office by managing schedules and coordinating communications between internal departments and external key stakeholders.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage EVP’s complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate communications across varying internal departments and external partners.
Screen and respond to calls/emails; draft, review, and manage correspondences, including memos and meeting agendas and notes.
Prepare expense reports and budget tracking related to the EVP’s activities.
Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Support EVP in strategic priorities and monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Act as a trusted sounding board, helping the EVP stay organized and focused during high-pressure release periods.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively tackle scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
Coordinate IT setup, catering, and logistics for meetings and any team events.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Extraordinary organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft professional correspondence.
Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
