Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with show tour managers to support merchandise count in/out and event settlements upwards of 100K+ in merchandise.
• Help distribute concert merchandise to the various selling locations.
• Ensure all stands are ready to go, stocked with supplies, and open on time.
• Provide warm, friendly service to every guest and encourage the same from team members.
• Support team members during shifts, offering guidance and assisting with onboarding when needed.
• Provide consignment paperwork to finance department
• Communicate with venue management on retail planning/expectations for each event execution.
• Serve as a point of contact for questions and support during events.
• Help assign tasks, check in on progress, and offer coaching as needed.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
• Share feedback with leadership on team performance, challenges, and areas where support is needed.
• Provide occasional support to Team LA Store Supervisors during Lakers and Kings games.
• Assist with inventory tracking and restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or event operations is a plus.
• Math skills a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with some leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A guest-first approach to service.
• Comfortable working in a lively, fast-moving environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays and long hours.
