We're seeking our first Product Manager to help shape the next version of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth by establishing a product culture and creating processes for discovery, communication, execution, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

If you're passionate about:

Crafting a product vision, strategy, metrics, and goals for key areas of the platform.
Building and delivering compelling product roadmaps based on customer insights and strategic opportunities, while keeping everyone informed.
Defining the "why" behind our priorities. You'll identify problems to solve, explain their significance, and collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to determine "what" gets built.
Working closely with leadership to implement and nurture strong product management practices.
Promoting a culture of feedback, inclusion, and product excellence.

Who You Are

You might be a great fit if:

You have 5+ years of experience in engineering, product management, program management, or a similar role, with a proven ability to unite teams in building complex systems that offer simple, intuitive user experiences.
You're eager to dive into technical issues, particularly those involving distributed systems.
You make decisions with empathy, carefully considering all viewpoints and leveraging data to build consensus.
You're a strong communicator who can convey information—big or small—to diverse audiences.
You're customer-obsessed, meaning you build meaningful relationships with customers and aim to solve their problems effectively.
Bonus: You have experience delivering products in social media, ads, e-commerce, or trust and safety.
