QuickBooks accountant

```Duties``

10 Years plus in Quick Book Experience.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory reporting requirements- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting- Support the month-end and year-end close processes- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related activities- Conduct research on accounting standards and provide guidance on their application- Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures

```Requirements```- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- CPA certification preferred- Proven experience in corporate accounting or public accounting- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of securities law and private equity is a plus- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
