Role Summary
Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, driving CRM innovation and business process automation.
Key Focus Areas
- Development : Build with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Visualforce; integrate via REST APIs.
- Architecture : Design robust, reusable solutions; reduce technical debt.
- Leadership : Mentor developers; ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimization : Enhance performance, automate processes, and support DevOps.
- Collaboration : Partner with global teams to align solutions with business goals.
Qualifications
- 7 years Salesforce experience
- Expert in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Clouds
- Strong API and integration skills
- Required: Platform Dev II, Community, Service Cloud, JavaScript certs
- Preferred: Architect certifications
- Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred)
