You Are:
You are a visionary and experienced leader ready to drive Synopsys’ Product Management Driven Ecosystem Program as a Principal Program Manager. Your deep-rooted expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem, particularly with Foundry and Substrate partners, positions you to spearhead strategic initiatives that shape the industry. You thrive on building bridges across organizations—whether it’s collaborating with engineering, product management, or sales teams—to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the execution of the overarching ecosystem strategy, aligning with Synopsys’ broader business objectives
- Conceiving and managing high-impact initiatives and strategic partnerships, driving collaboration and innovation with Foundries on advanced and established nodes
- Driving collaborative projects with partners, integrating unique Synopsys products and ecosystem synergies for differentiating solutions.
- Working closely with engineering, product management, and sales to ensure ecosystem partnership activities are in sync with product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for ecosystem elements, representing Synopsys at internal meetings, industry conferences, and customer engagements.
- Managing end-user and customer NDAs, compliance initiatives, and certification status across products for Foundry and Substrate engagements.
- Delivering foundry and substrate collateral to field teams, supporting technical and management review meetings, and securing executive engagement.
- Partnering with global marketing and communications to support joint marketing programs and ecosystem events.
- Cultivating trust-based relationships across partner organizations, facilitating swift problem resolution.
- Negotiating and influencing partner activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with Synopsys’ strategic goals.

What You’ll Need:
- 15+ years of relevant experience in EDA/semiconductor product management, program management, and marketing.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required; PhD and/or MBA is a plus.
- Deep expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem, including Foundry, EDA interoperability formats, and industry standards bodies.
- Established relationships with key companies within assigned ecosystem elements.
- Ability to influence and manage across Synopsys and ecosystem partners.
- Exceptional results-driven mindset with ability to lead and achieve outcomes under time pressure.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating eye-catching presentations for senior executive talks.
