Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our hardware assembly team, where you will be responsible for the precision building and quality testing of TrueNAS world-class storage products. In this role, you will handle the essential preparation, organization, and assembly of technical components to ensure every system meets our rigorous performance standards and shipment deadlines. This is an in-office position in our Campbell, CA office. The shift is M-F 6:00 am - 2:30 pm PT.

Base Pay Range

The base pay range of this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Companys bonus program with a target bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary, subject to the achievement of individual and Company performance objectives and the terms of the applicable Company bonus plan.

Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs. The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

Expected Posting Timelines

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, a maximum of 90 days.

The Day-to-Day

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Assist in the preparation and sorting of necessary items/parts as needed for work orders.
• Assist in putting together parts or components in accordance with the work orders or instructions as provided.
• Assist in checking items/parts for quality and accuracy in accordance with specific work orders and adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of assembled products for packaging, applying labels, and other instructions for shipment as provided and in accordance with established processes and procedures.

• Technical skills and familiarity with systems parts for accurate preparation of parts/items needed for work orders
• Organizational skills to ensure items/parts are organized and arranged as necessary in accordance with priorities and work orders
• Time management skills to manage tasks and priorities efficiently to adhere to deadlines as scheduled and to meet the departments goals

• Problem-solving skills to identify issues/errors during the preparation process and to find appropriate solutions
