Pacific Regional President

As the Pacific Regional President, you will oversee eight partner companies, guiding them through various stages of growth and transformation. This role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence, and mentorship, empowering local teams to achieve ambitious, sustainable results while honoring their distinct cultures. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local General Managers, founders, and office leaders, serving as a trusted partner and advisor
- Foster a collaborative regional leadership community by facilitating peer learning and sharing best practices, while respecting each company's unique brand and operations
- Implement consistent operating rhythms across businesses, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to drive performance
- Oversee the regional P&L, working closely with finance and operations teams to identify efficiencies, manage costs, and drive revenue growth
- Promote a culture of accountability and operational excellence, while supporting and preserving each company's unique strengths
- Support talent development and succession planning, particularly in companies transitioning from founder-led to next-generation leadership
- Collaborate with functional leaders in HR and Sales to align on customer growth, operational improvements, and employee engagement
- Travel regularly (weekly or biweekly) to partner companies across the San Francisco Peninsula, Sonoma, and Reno to stay connected with teams, customers, and operations
- Contribute to regional growth through M&A activities, including due diligence and leading post-acquisition integration and value creation plans
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading multi-site teams with P&L responsibility in a service-oriented business
- Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and building high-performing teams
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, challenge, and connect with diverse personalities
- Experience navigating ambiguity and leading change in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments
- Preferred: Experience in field services, home services, or trade-based businesses
- Preferred: Spanish language proficiency
